Void GameShows — Roblox Community Platform

Project Overview

Void GameShows required a dedicated platform to support a growing Roblox-based community. The project needed to go beyond a standard website, acting as an operational hub for giveaways, staff management, and public transparency.

A key requirement was integration with Discord, allowing staff availability and roles to be reflected publicly on the site, alongside a custom giveaway system designed with provable fairness and administrative oversight.

The Challenge

The challenge was building a system that balanced community transparency, security, and ease of administration, while handling real-time data from external platforms such as Discord.

The Solution

BlueDevLabs designed and developed a bespoke web platform tightly integrated with a custom Discord bot. This allowed staff roles and online status to be synchronised automatically and displayed publicly in real time.

A custom giveaway system was implemented with provable fairness, including administrative controls, draw logging, and public verification pages. A protected admin area provides full oversight while separating public and internal functionality.

The Result

The finished platform provides Void GameShows with a secure, transparent, and scalable foundation for community management. Staff activity, giveaways, and administrative actions are clearly separated, auditable, and trusted by the wider community.
