How do we get started?

Can you improve my existing site?
Yes. We can review your current site for speed, SEO, design, and usability, then recommend updates or a full refresh depending on what makes the most sense.
Do you provide hosting and domains?
We offer managed hosting on our own hardened servers, which is the easiest option for most clients. If you’ve already got hosting sorted, we can deploy there instead. Either way works.
Will I be able to edit my site?
If you need to update content yourself, we’ll build an admin area into the site. No bloated CMS. Just a clean interface where you can edit text, swap images, and manage posts without touching any code.
Do you handle SEO and performance?
Yes. Every site we build includes SEO basics: fast load times, mobile-friendly design, meta tags, sitemaps, redirects, and optimised images. We also offer ongoing SEO if you want to rank higher.
How do you charge?
Most projects are fixed price, split into clear milestones with a deposit upfront. For ongoing support, we can work on a monthly retainer. No hidden costs.
What support do you offer after launch?
You’ll get a handover and a short warranty period for fixes. If you’d like, we also provide support packages covering updates, backups, security, and small tweaks.
Who owns the finished website?
You do. Once everything is paid for, we hand over the code, files, and credentials. Any custom design or build is yours to keep.
